Maybe add an 'unknown' icon so you can informally request someone edit a given field?

Oh man - I just tested this in Internet Explorer and of course it doesn't look right. No surprise there. The PNGs will be easy to fix and I'll set up a new stylesheet to reposition the note icons. Also I was thinking today that we should let anyone be able to add notes (optionally) to any cell.
